The ancient system of Vedic Mathematics was rediscovered from the Indian Vedic texts named “Ganita Sutras” meaning mathematics, between 1911 and 1918 by Sri Bharati Krishna Tirthaji (1884-1960). The Vedic system which he rediscovered is based on sixteen Sutras which cover all branches of Mathematics pure and applied. The methods he showed and the simple sutras are easy to apply.
