Riddles are good fun for kids.  A riddle is a puzzling question, statement, or problem that requires creative thinking to solve. Riddles are something that we all enjoyed in childhood. It is what brings us that giggle and mostly makes us look silly. Riddles help kids work on their critical-thinking skills, creativity, vocabulary, and problem-solving abilities. It expands their thinking, tests their working memory, and gives them a “Oh, I didn’t think like that!” moment. Riddles are also a good way to share a laugh among friends and are good conversation starters.
